UT Arlington PD Promotes Lieutenant Epps and Sergeant Isaac

On September 29, 2014, the UT Arlington Police Department promoted two members of the department to the rank of Lieutenant and Sergeant.
Lt. Marcus Epps joined the UT Arlington PD in 2008 as a Guard. He attended the UT System Police Academy from July to December 2008. In 2010, Lt. Epps earned his bachelor's degree from UT Arlington. In 2012, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. After his promotion to Lieutenant, Lt. Epps is now assigned as the Evening Shift Patrol Commander.
Sgt. Arvind Isaac started his career at the UT Medical Branch-Galveston in 1995 as a Guard. He attended the UT System Police Academy from May to October 1995. Sgt. Isaac worked as an officer at UT Medical Branch-Galveston from 1995-1998. In 1998, he transferred to UT Austin PD, where he worked from 1998-2005. From 2006-2012, he worked at the City of Uvalde, Texas Police Department. In 2012, he returned to the UT System Police at UT Dallas. Sgt. Isaac transferred to UT Arlington PD from UT Dallas in May of 2014. After his promotion to Sergeant, Sgt. Isaac is now assigned to the Midnight Patrol Shift.
The UT Arlington Police Department recognizes the accomplishments of Lt. Epps and Sgt. Isaac and look forward to their contributions to the UT Arlington community in their new roles.
